Creative Floral Designer


To maintain the high quality of flower arrangements in all public areas of the hotel and prepare flower arrangements for the various Banqueting, Private functions and VIP guests and suites.


  • To condition and prepare flowers every morning to be used for the flower arrangements around the hotel.
  • To examine all flower arrangements in the hotel public areas. Replace the flowers where necessary.
  • To prepare vases of flowers and deliver them to the guests rooms.
  • To deal with customer orders either over the telephone or direct contact in a polite and helpful manner.
  • To arrange flowers, ordered by Banqueting clients to the highest standard, ensuring quality is maintained at all times.
  • To condition and arrange flowers in vases in a consistent style for the VIP rooms.
  • To work in a clean and tidy manner, clearing away things you are no longer using.
  • Keep the floors clean and dry to avoid any slips or falls.
  • To control the waste of flowers as much as possible.
  • To maintain the plants situated internally in the hotel.
  • To maintain amicable and co-operative working relations with other departments.
  • To comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety legislation, using working practices that are safe and sensible to your colleagues and to yourself.
