The Telegraph reports on Nature's Choice plan to sell British peaches and nectarines

Leading the trial introduction of homegrown peaches and nectarines in the British market is Vernon Mascarenhas and Martin Dykes from Nature's Choice.

As published on The Telegraph late last year, New Covent Garden Market traders are capitalising on the warm weather and extended UK growing season for peaches and nectarines.

In 2020, Vernon and Martin of Nature's Choice, plan to sell their first commercial crop of English grown nectarines and peaches at their stall. If successful, they will be the "first commercial fruit dealer to sell peaches and nectarines grown on British soil". The decision fueled by the increasing desire of chefs to use 100% British produce despite the often higher cost.
