A new-look Covent Garden Market Authority (CGMA) Board is now in place, following the recruitment of new members and reappointment of existing members during 2020.

CGMA is the team that looks after and runs New Covent Garden Market. Set up by Acts of Parliament in 1961, CGMA is accountable to Defra, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and led by the Board, members of which are appointed by the Defra Secretary of State.

Following a nine-month interim appointment that started in December 2019, Victoria Wilson has now joined the CGMA Board as a Non-Executive Director on a fixed-term basis of four years.

Two existing Non-Executive Directors, Sara Turnball and John Lelliot have been reappointed for second terms of three and four years respectively. They join fellow Board members Fiona Fell, Sarah Calcutt, and David Fison who all joined the CGMA earlier this year.
