Flower Market open for call / click and collect or delivery

January 04, 2021

As a result of the government announcement on Monday, 4 January, the Flower Market is open for call / click and collect or delivery services only.

It is not currently possible for customers to enter the market hall.

Our wholesalers will continue to be able to supply you with everything you need but from Wednesday, 6 January onwards you will need to contact them in advance to place your order. You will also need to make arrangements to collect it or for it to be delivered if your wholesaler is offering delivery. A list of our wholesalers and their contact details is here.

Please follow the instructions below if you are collecting from New Covent Garden Flower Market.

  • Enter the Flower Market through the entrance barrier as usual.
  • Parking will be available between door 1 and door 2.
  • When arriving at the Flower Market to collect an order, please ensure you stay in your vehicle. In the interest of everyone's safety we cannot have people mixing outside their vehicles whilst they wait for their order to come out. Once you are parked please contact your wholesaler to bring your order out through door 2.
  • You can then exit your vehicle to load your order but please wear a face mask and stay a 2 metre social distance from everyone at all times. You must then re-enter your vehicle and leave through the entrance barriers.

The external toilets will be available for customer use, with regular cleaning in place and hand sanitiser stations will be available at the door 2 entrance. If you have any issues, security will be marshalling as usual and placed on door 2.
