Rock up to the main entrance of the Fruit and Veg Market and pay £5 cash to the man in the security booth. He’ll give you an entry ticket to display in the cab of your vehicle, and a New Buyer Guide with a map and list of wholesalers.

Park in the commercial vehicle parking south of D block while you have a good nose up and down Buyers’ Walk. Produce is sold in bulk: by the box, tray or sack. Bring cash.

When you’ve finished buying, go get your vehicle to load up produce nearer to your wholesaler’s unit. Fill out your contact details in the New Buyer Guide, detach the form, grab your entry ticket and give both to the cashier who will gladly reimburse you £5.

This offer is valid from Monday 12 June to Friday 11 August, for commercial vehicles only. Fruit and Veg Market wholesalers are open from 00:00 to 06:00 Monday to Saturday (some wholesalers do open earlier and close later).
