Nut Masterclass [PHOTOS]

The start of autumn was marked with I A Harris hosting a tutored tasting event which focused on nuts. Rick Harris invited three chef’s to the Market to cook up and share their views on different nut varieties, discussing their flavour profiles and ideas for dishes.

The event was part of a series of produce features that New Covent Garden Market are doing for the Caterer & Hotelkeeper magazine and the article will be out in the magazines Christmas edition.

The three chefs were Duncan Cruickshanks of The Hospital Club, Nikki Low of The Warrington and Nicola Aylward of The Faucet Inn.
