Cafés and shops

If you need a bacon butty or a hot cup of coffee to keep you going in the morning, then we have loads of cafés to choose from. These are dotted around the site in both the Fruit & Vegetable and Flower Markets. There is also a Post Office on the West Bridge (Fruit & Vegetable Market) offering a full range of postal services.

Health & Safety

New Covent Garden Market is a busy, commercial site and it is important you are aware and conscious of your health & safety at all times when in the Market. This is especially important overnight when there are large numbers of Forklift Truck and commercial vehicle movements.

Everyone is encouraged to wear a High Visibility Jacket when on site and especially in the areas where vehicles are moving/loading/unloading. Pedestrians should always use the walkways (clearly indicated by a 'yellow man') and take care around the site to ensure their and other users' safety.

Please see the latest safety bulletin on pedestrian routes around the site here.
