Author Niki Segnit of kitchen bible, The Flavour Thesaurus, is teaming up with chef Oliver Rowe (The Urban Chef, Konstam at the Albert, TV chef and journalist) at New Covent Garden Market on Thursday 9th February to demonstrate how surprising flavour pairings can reignite your winter menus.
Featuring fresh, seasonal produce including a dazzling variety of UK-grown roots, tubers and bouncing brassicas such as purple-sprouting broccoli, romanesco, cavolo nero and red russian kale.
Join us at 7am for a tour of fruit and vegetable wholesalers on Buyer's Walk to learn exactly what is in season, direct from the trading floor.
Stay for a market breakfast and listen to inspiring presentations from author Niki Segnit and chef Oliver Rowe.
